We are looking for a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team in Jonai Bazar. In this role, you will work with patients to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. You will play a key role in improving individuals' lives through your expertise in psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to understand their mental health status. This involves taking detailed patient histories and discussing symptoms to form accurate diagnoses.
Treatment Planning: Develop tailored treatment plans that may include therapy, medication, or other interventions designed to support patient health and well-being.
Continuous Care: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Regular follow-ups are crucial for assessing the effectiveness of the chosen approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatment plans,



and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:
A valid MD degree with a specialization in psychiatry is essential.
Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with patients and their families.
Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients facing mental health challenges.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced setting while managing a wide-ranging caseload.
Familiarity with the latest psychiatric treatment methods and continuous learning to stay updated on advancements in the field.
