Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Reservations: You will be responsible for booking flight tickets for customers, ensuring accurate and timely reservations according to their travel plans.
Customer Assistance: You will assist customers with inquiries about flight schedules, ticket prices, and other travel-related queries, providing information clearly and courteously.
Issue Tickets: You will generate and issue tickets after confirming bookings, verifying all details to avoid errors.
Handle Payments: You will process payments for ticket purchases, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Problem Resolution: You will address and resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations,



or changes in itineraries with patience and professionalism.
