Position: Senior Business Analyst – with Core Banking background - digital banking Payments

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for an experienced BA with Core Banking background in digital banking / Payments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, Azure Dev-ops etc.
- Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.




- Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking, payments and 3rd party integrations etc.
- Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must to have Skills-

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models.

BA with Core Banking background in digital banking / Payments Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks

Positive-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of specific technical tools and languages like SQL, Power BI or Tableu.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, and specific modeling techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
- Proficiency with software used for data analysis, modeling, using various database tools.
