Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant BIM certification/training will be an added advantage.

Key Disciplines: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following MEPF disciplines:

- Mechanical / HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing / PHE
- Fire Fighting
- ELV / Low Current
- MEPF Multidisciplinary Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain LOD 300400 MEPF BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on design, construction, shop drawing, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed MEPF shop drawings for construction, fabrication, and installation.
- Model HVAC systems, ducting, piping, plumbing, electrical containment, cable trays, equipment, firefighting systems, and other MEPF services.
- Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and installation details.
- Coordinate MEPF services with Architecture, Structure, Interior Fit-Out, Faade, and Steel Structure models.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
- Identify and resolve hard clashes, soft clashes, access, maintenance, and clearance issues.




- Review design drawings and develop accurate and constructible BIM models.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, fabricators, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Incorporate design revisions, RFIs, coordination comments, and site changes into BIM models and drawings.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve constructability and installation-related issues.
- Prepare and update as-built BIM models and drawings based on site changes and final installation conditions.
- Ensure BIM models and shop drawings comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client/consultant requirements.
- Prepare MEPF schedules and quantity information as required.
- Maintain model accuracy, naming standards, families, parameters, worksets, and project structure.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the resolution of technical and coordination issues.
- Perform basic model and drawing QA/QC before submission.

Software Skills Mandatory:

- Autodesk Revit / Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD

Preferred:

- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
- AutoCAD MEP
- Dynamo / BIM automation tools

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of MEPF systems and building services.
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP modelling and BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of LOD 300/350/400 and construction/shop-drawing requirements.




- Strong knowledge of clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEPF design, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of MEPF construction methodology and installation requirements.
- Basic understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and model delivery procedures.
- Understanding of BIM standards, model organization, families, parameters, and worksets.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 46 years of relevant MEPF BIM experience.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/building projects will be preferred.
- Solid experience in Revit MEP + Navisworks.
- Experience in MEPF coordination, clash detection, LOD 300–400 modelling, and construction/shop drawings.
- Practical exposure to site coordination and constructability issues will be preferred.
- Experience in preparing/updating as-built models and drawings is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site execution teams will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle assigned BIM modelling, coordination, and drawing deliverables.
