Description :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer who treats code as a craft and database performance as a science. You will be the architect of our "Internal Engine"- managing high-concurrency PHP applications, optimizing MySQL architectures on AWS RDS, and maintaining a containerized workplace using Docker on Ubuntu 24.04.

This role requires a shift from a product-only mindset to a service-oriented delivery model, where building the "best version" meets "client-driven deadlines."

Requirements :

Technical Requirements (The Core Stack) :

- Backend & Clean Code : Mastery of PHP 8.x. Deep knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and Design Patterns to ensure 500 APIs remain maintainable and scalable.
- DB Architecture & Optimization : Advanced MySQL expertise.

You must be able to :

- Optimize slow queries using EXPLAIN plans and advanced indexing.
- Design normalized schemas for massive datasets (e.g., 37-column customer profiles).
- Write Atomic Stored Procedures to prevent race conditions during high-volume promotional schemes.

DevOps & Infrastructure :

- Docker : Proficiency in containerizing microservices and managing docker-compose.
- Ubuntu OS :



Expert-level command-line skills (SSH, systemd, CRON, and shell scripting).
- Automation : Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow engines to "gatekeep" and automate complex data pipelines.

Frontend :

- Proficiency in at least one modern framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
- CMS : Advanced WordPress development (Custom REST API endpoints and theme/plugin architecture).
- Version Control : Mastery of Git and Bitbucket (Branching strategies, conflict resolution, and code reviews).

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Engineering : Refactor legacy code and optimize database queries to reduce Server Occupancy and improve API response times.
- System Reliability : Manage the Sandbox (UAT) environment using Docker to ensure pre-production testing mirrors live environments perfectly.
- Data Integrity : Oversee the 5-hour Cron Job optimization to ensure multi-column data syncs are performant, fail-safe, and audited.
- Security & Connectivity : Manage OpenVPN tunnels, SSL/CA certificate deployments, and secure API handshakes
