Key Responsibilities:
Manage P&L;, employee motivation, customer delight, and process improvement initiatives with transparent revenue linkage.
Set up current retail outlets, including location identification, brand positioning, and launch of sales operations.
Lead regional activities such as local marketing strategies, retail strategy formulation, merchandising, store administration, and staff management.
Plan and execute BTL activities including in-store advertising, sales promotions, workshops, events, trade shows, and product placements.
Expand business through creative promotional activities, campaigns, infomercials, and enhanced customer experience management (CEM).
Grow and manage the retail base across the region.
Ensure operational excellence and smooth multi-location sales operations.
