Position: Trainer - Machine Shop

Location: Kothur Plant - Hyderabad

Education: BE preferred (Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:
Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi. Telugu is preferred.
Presentable with motivational and encouraging training skills.
Good knowledge of Machine Shop is required in CNC machines like VMC, HMC, VTL, HBM etc
Foundry, Casting, Fettling and Machining process knowledge is desirable.
Developing robust technical training material and ensure employee adherence to the same.
Assist in recruitment processes to interview candidates on technical skills & knowledge.
Plan, schedule, train various departments with stakeholder coordination to upgrade quality.
Work closely with the quality team to monitor the impact of training & the tangible perks.
Ensure proper and timely planning of training sessions for the recent and existing employees.
Maintain the training & development MIS of all plant operations and sharing it to the HOD.
