Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business
At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with positive Net Promoter Score.
