Qualifications and Skills
Robust proficiency in C/C++ programming, Design.
Understanding of the latest C++ development standards
Understanding of C++ specific notions and dynamic polymorphism
Added advantage if worked in Media industry
Has experience with Codec.



Prefer people who have Math background or done Signal processing and/or Data Compression part of their engineering degree - ECE or EEE
Comprehension of memory management for non-garbage collected environments
Excellent knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures
Knowledge on Unix/shell script, socket programming and design pattern
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, Strong debugging skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of other development languages like Python and Java is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of RDBMS databases like oracle and SQL server
Latest knowledge of development methodologies and modern software design
Knowledge of Agile process / Scrum Ceremonies.
Excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, ability to stretch when needed
