About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Associate - Legal / Compliance to support the organization in managing legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. The role involves handling documentation, contract management, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and records in an organized manner
- Track and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal documentation and approvals




- Support in drafting and reviewing vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
- Assist in identifying legal risks and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
- Relevant experience in corporate legal / compliance role
- Robust understanding of contracts and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
