Monitor and control batch manufacturing processes as per SOPs and process parameters.
Handle reaction monitoring, charging of raw materials, and process adjustments.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production reports.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process sampling and product quality checks.
Troubleshoot process deviations, yield issues, and equipment problems.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and utilities.
Follow EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) practices and ensure protected handling of chemicals.
Assist in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
Support plant audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Maintain housekeeping standards as per 5S and safety norms. Role & responsibilities
