Position : Assistant Manager - ERP

Location: Kalyan

Job Responsibilities:
ERP Knowledge: Experience with any Tier-1 ERP platform such as Oracle, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, Ramco, or Zoho.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of ERP experience.
Preferred Expertise: Solid functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting modules.

ERP Management
Manage end-to-end ERP operations, implementation, upgrades, and support activities.
Act as the primary point of contact between business users, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
Monitor ERP system performance and ensure high availability.
Lead ERP enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.

Finance & Accounting Process Support
Understand and support core finance processes including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets Management
Cost Center Accounting
Budgeting & Forecasting
Taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.)
Bank Reconciliation
Financial Closing & Reporting
Configure and maintain finance-related ERP modules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
