and other relevant information - Process ticket sales, changes, and upgrades - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and qualified manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required -
