Research & Scholarly Work
Conduct high-quality research in Housing & Real Estate domains.
Publish in reputed national and international journals (SCI, Scopus, UGC CARE-listed).
Collaborate with industry, government, and academic bodies on housing and urban development research.
Promote sustainable real estate solutions and cutting-edge development models.
Academic Leadership & Outreach
Participate in academic committees and contribute to policy-making.
Mentor students in research and practical projects related to housing and real estate.
Engage with external stakeholders including developers, consultants, and government bodies.
Support the university's outreach, consultancy, and social impact initiatives.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Mandatory:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Planning / Engineering / Technology
AND M.Plan (Housing) / MBA in Real Estate or equivalent with First Class
Desirable:
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in key areas such as:
Practices of Real Estate Developers & Global Consultants
Real Estate Regulations & Housing Policies
Project Development & Appraisal
Market Analysis, Corporate Real Estate, and Property Valuation
Sustainable and Affordable Housing Models
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in academia and/or industry is preferred
