We expect you to have
Have at least 8 years of qualified experience in a software/data engineering role
To write high-quality, well-documented, high-performance code
Be eager to learn new technologies and best practices in data engineering by working with a world-class data team
Have a solid understanding of one or more programming languages: Python (required) , Java, SQL
Understanding of Docker, Git, AWS cloud services like S3 , EC2 , ECS
Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree, or have equivalent qualifications/experience

It would be excellent if you:
Solid understanding of using the command line, utilities in Bash/ zsh, and interacting with cloud resources without a GUI/web-based interface.
Be familiar with parallel processing frameworks, orchestration and scheduling tools, and distributed data systems such as Databric k s .
Ambitious and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced setting
Be able to communicate and write concisely and clearly in English
Databricks Certified Data Engineering Associate or Profession al certifications are a plus!
