Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Voice AI and AI application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable AI solutions using modern frameworks, vector databases and LLM technologies.

The role involves developing intelligent, production-ready AI applications with a focus on RAG, conversational AI, voice-based AI solutions, LLM integration and agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and deploy AI/ML applications using Python.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Django.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using vector databases and LLMs.
- Work with Vector Databases for storing, retrieving and searching embeddings.
- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications using OpenAI and other leading AI models.
- Work with OpenAI Realtime API and build real-time AI experiences.
- Develop Voice AI solutions, including Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
- Build conversational AI and intelligent agent-based applications.
- Use Hugging Face Transformers for NLP/LLM-related applications.
- Develop AI workflows using LangChain and Pydantic AI.




- Implement asynchronous programming and scalable AI services.
- Design and integrate AI technologies into production-ready applications.
- Work with microservices and cloud/backend architectures as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and optimize AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI/LLM technologies into existing solutions.

Candidate Profile :

- 5 to 10 years of overall relevant experience in software development/AI/ML.

- Experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI/RAG solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, asynchronous programming and scalable backend systems.
- Experience with vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Exposure to Voice AI, conversational AI and real-time AI applications will be highly valuable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
