nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles, and experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
nThis role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, supporting tax compliance, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.n
- Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end closing.n
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).n
- Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, and Chart of Accounts.n
- Manage controlling accounts, account finalization, and FX transactions.n




- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.n
- Support preparation and filing of U.S. federal and state tax returns.n
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records.n
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide financial insights to management.n

nRequirements:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate workplace.n
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.n
- Good understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting.n
- Knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, GL, accruals, amortization, and month-end closing.n
- Exposure to U.S. federal and state tax compliance is preferred.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.n
