Role & responsibilities:
Conducting customer interactions over calls in a qualified manner.
Assisting customers with inquiries and issues.
Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction levels.
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduates and undergraduate freshers can also apply
Minimum 6 months of experience required in International voice process
Willingness to work in 24x7 shift timings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
