Role & responsibilities:
Looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms ,updating job ads.
Interview candidates (via phone).
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate & Undergraduate freshers can also apply
Robust communication and conversational skills.
Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.
Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups.
