Role & responsibilities:
Handling MIS updates, Market Report updates, Analysis of market information.
Effective communication with customers / distributors, analyze demand trend and develop mechanism to anticipate demand fluctuations in advance, and communicate with BU/factories for delivery pull-in or push-out.
Will be responsible for handling RFQs, making quotations thru Sales Force.
Requires understanding of Automotive business, working in close coordination with Sales team.
Analyzing Quotations and follow-up tracking with Sales and Distributors.
Must have prior experience of handling Inquiries & Quotations for Components business.
Should be able to understand nature of Automotive business and supply chain thru distribution channels.
Well versed with handling excel database and develop customized formats as per requirement.
Effective verbal and written communication (by email) with customers, colleagues, and overseas BU/factories.
Should be able to develop / prepare MIS reports in line with business requirement.
