Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business prospects within the Pharma / Biotech sector i.e., identifying potential clients, partners, or markets to generate recent business opportunities for early-stage development programs (Development & Clinical Phase I/II)
Implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals for EU market.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to update sales strategies.
Deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for senior leadership.
Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows,



and conferences to represent the company and build the network.

Qualifications:
Bachelor / masters degree in business, pharmaceutical science or a related field.
Proven experience (at least 8 years of relevant experience in CDMO space) in business development.
Should have an excellent relationship with customers and should have personalized relationships with at least 50 customers in EU region.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
