We have an prospect in ACG Value Links for Senior Accountant who is responsible for end to-end financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting processes. The role ensures accuracy in financial data, compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting to support business decisions.

Role & responsibilities

Budgeting & Reporting:

- Preparation of annual budget for the financial year
- Monitoring budget vs actuals and highlighting variances
- Monthly MIS reporting including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.

Audit, Tax & Compliance:




- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits and tax audits
- Provide data & support for file GST returns, Audits & assessments to • Corp GST Team
- Quarterly advance tax working & assist in tax assessments
- Handling Professional Tax returns and payments
- Secretarial compliance including filing of Form 8 & Form 11

Accounting & Banking:
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Invoice processing in SAP
- Verification and submission of bills to Shared Service Centre ensuring correctness of GL codes, cost centres etc
- Verification of employee travel expenses as per company policy
- Monitoring receivables and debtor balances
- Coordinate with SSC team for Vendor invoice processing & payments. • SAP transactions including Bank charges & Fixed deposits entry postings
- Liaise with banks for all documentations, approvals & payments
