Experience with database monitoring tools (e.g., Percona, MySQL Enterprise Monitor).
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
Experience in a 24*7 support Environment
Strong knowledge on SQL and query optimization
Solid knowledge on database design, administration, and architecture
Robust experience in Replication, Point in time recovery (PITR), Security Measures and error log
Good troubleshooting experience on slow query
Experience in optimizing MySQL performance
Experience in CPU usage caused by MySQL processes

Responsibilities:
Install, configure,



and maintain MySQL database servers and clusters.
Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and implement indexing strategies.
Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure high availability, replication, and failover mechanisms for MySQL databases.
Manage user access control, security policies, and data encryption.
Troubleshoot database issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and fine-tune configurations.
Work closely with developers to optimize database schema and queries.
Implement and manage MySQL replication (Master-Slave, Master-Master, or Group Replication).
Perform capacity planning and storage management.
Maintain documentation for database configurations, policies, and procedures.
