Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Deliver targeted revenue growth and profitability for the region.
Drive market share expansion across focus markets and product categories.
Identify recent business prospects, growth pockets, key accounts, and territory development opportunities.
Strengthen enquiry management and improve conversion rates through disciplined sales execution
Channel Management & Dealer Development
Strengthen dealer capability, engagement, productivity, and accountability. Ensure adequate inventory availability through close coordination with supply chain teams.
Support dealer manpower planning and capability enhancement initiatives. Drive channel productivity and market coverage improvement programs.
OEM Business Management
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic OEM customers. Drive business growth through effective account management and customer engagement.




Build and maintain a healthy order pipeline and ensure timely execution.Establish robust relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Brand Building & Market Development
Enhance brand visibility, awareness, and market presence across the region. Drive regional marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and market activation activities.

Experience

Experience
15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, or OEM Business.
Proven experience in managing large dealer networks and regional business operations.
Experience in handling multi-state business responsibilities.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, channel development, and team leadership.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
