Define and execute the HAL ech roadmap and GTM strategy with a future-ready vision.
Lead IT capability assessments, architecture reviews, and CoE setup.
Drive product modernization, pricing strategy, and platform transformation.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, agility, and on-time execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
