Assist management in making strategic decisions for timely completion of precast projects across Group.
Oversee all aspects of construction and execution of precast projects
Develop and implement construction plans for precast projects.
Review project plan based on benchmark trends of execution through external partners or internal capabilities and draw contingency/ back-up plans by developing alternate strategies in achieving project milestones.
Implement project plan, commence execution and monitor implementation to ensure effective execution of project as per time, cost, resource management and specifications.
Ensure adherence to the approved budget for the execution, and achievement of milestones of the project as per completion schedule.
Lead precast erection activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.




Provide technical expertise in precast construction methods and materials.
Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance.

Education Qualification
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

Technical Skills
Extensive knowledge of construction and execution processes
Expertise in precast construction planning and methods
Proficiency in precast erection techniques and best practices
Robust understanding of project management principles
Familiarity with construction software and tools
