Experience / Qualification / Skills & Knowledge:-
Post Graduate/ Graduate / PG with min 9+yrs Experience with min. of 5+ year experience in Process Excellence / Black Belt Role.




Certified Black Belt from Reputed Institute like ASQ, ISI etc.
Strong knowledge of Process Improvement Techniques (DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen )
Strong Six Sigma knowledge and hands on experience in handling complex business problems
Process Mapping
Robust knowledge of Minitab analytical software
Ability to identify and implement process re-engineering projects
Valuable Knowledge & Working Experience on Microsoft Tools - Advanced Excel, Visio, Word & Access
Robust Project Management Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in in the organization
Capability to conduct workshops on Process Excellence Tools & Techniques
Experience documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating Standard Operation Procedures, and documenting business
