n Role Overview
nThe Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office. The role requires excellent communication, organizational,



and interpersonal skills to provide a skilled and welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and clients.

n Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.n
- Manage the front desk and telephone switchboard operations, including answering calls, routing them to appropriate departments, and placing outgoing calls when required.n
- Ensure the reception desk is staffed and fully functional during office hours.n
- Handle conference/meeting room bookings efficiently.n
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance to visitors and callers.n
- Manage the process of ordering business cards for staff as per the company’s defined process.n
- Oversee the housekeeping and professional upkeep of the reception area, ensuring newspapers, magazines, and other materials are neatly organized.n
