The Senior Manager – Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple branches within a cluster. The role includes monitoring operations, driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and providing leadership and support to branch managers to achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of individual branches and identify prospects for improvement.
Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure effective and effective operations.
Provide guidance, training, and support to branch managers and staff to help them achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement across the cluster.
Track and analyze sales data and other key metrics to make informed decisions about cluster operations.
Collaborate with departments such as logistics, finance, and HR to ensure branches are adequately supported and resourced.
Ensure branches comply with company policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory requirements.
