Analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Design end-to-end solutions that optimize pharmaceutical operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Ensure OT systems comply with industry standards, Cybersecurity best practices and infrastructure scalability

System Integration
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OT and IT systems, facilitating data exchange and process optimization.
Integrate existing and current systems, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, SCADA & DCS.
Optimize data flow, process automation, and real-time monitoring.

Technology Evaluation & Support
Assess recent OT technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency




Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
Evaluate tools, frameworks, and cloud solutions for their applicability.
Propose changes and enhancements to existing systems & support.
Maintain upto date support contracts with OEM/Partners
Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams regarding OT technologies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OT systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GxP, EMA).
Implement robust data security measures.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate system functionality.

Stakeholder Communication
Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and IT professionals.
Provide guidance on system architecture, scalability, and performance.
