Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all fabrication and machining activities in the workshop according to established procedures and work instructions.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and tools to optimize productivity.
Monitor quality of fabricated and machined components, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of production, machine usage, and any non-conformities.
Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Lead and guide shop floor personnel, providing training and supervision as required.
Support implementation and maintenance of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Environmental Management System (EMS) practices within the shop.
Coordinate with other departments for timely completion of production schedules.
