Maintain, optimize, and enhance the existing WordPress-based application.
Develop and integrate custom PHP functionality within the WordPress ecosystem.
Work with APIs and third-party services to extend application capabilities.
Debug and resolve issues related to WordPress plugins, themes, and custom PHP code.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements
Solid proficiency in PHP and experience with WordPress development (plugins, and hooks).
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in WordPress and PHP applications.
Prior experience working with WordPress security best practices is a plus
