Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2+ years focused on CMDB & ITOM.
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and ACLs.
Experience in data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation in CMDB.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Problem, and Asset Management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills for CMDB health monitoring and issue resolution.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB or ITOM preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure settings.
Strong understanding of security and compliance related to CMDB data management.
