Role Description This is a full time, on-site Security Guard role based in Hyderabad.

The Security

Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, patrolling premises, and reporting suspicious activities or safety hazards.

Responsibilities include verifying identification, managing visitor entry, protecting people and property, and responding to alarms and incidents according to established procedures. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors, documenting daily activities,



and supporting risk mitigation measures as directed.

Security

Guards are expected to provide professional customer service, uphold company policies, and represent Force Nine’s standards of discipline and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security and Private Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security skills, including monitoring staff and visitor movements and enforcing security protocols.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Ability to remain alert and calm under pressure, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Prior experience as a security guard, military, police, or related security role is preferred.
- Basic literacy and record-keeping skills; ability to complete reports and follow written instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant security training, certifications, or licenses as per local regulations are an advantage.
