Role Overview

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, and visitors.

- Monitor entrance and exit of vehicles and personnel.

- Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking lots, and surrounding areas.

- Operate and monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems.

- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious incidents.





- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

- Verify and allow entry of visitors/vendors as per company protocol.

- Cooperate with facility management and law enforcement, if required.

- Prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, and theft.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th pass (preferred).

- Prior experience as a security guard or in a related role is preferred.

- Physically fit with good stamina.

- Alert, observant, and proactive.

- Basic understanding of security operations and emergency response procedures.

- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Polite and professional behavior.

Working Hours

- 8 / 12-hour shifts (as per location requirement)

- Rotational shifts including night duties
