Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in the Pune Division. The SEO Executive will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and metadata, and improving on-page elements for better search engine rankings.

The role involves performing regular SEO audits, identifying technical and content-related issues, and collaborating with developers and content teams to implement recommendations. The SEO Executive will also plan and execute link-building strategies, monitor website performance and traffic, analyze campaign results using analytics tools,



and coordinate with social media marketing efforts to drive organic visibility and lead generation for OneShiksha.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and analyze search trends and user intent.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO , including content optimization, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Experience in Link Building strategies such as outreach, guest posting, and acquiring high-quality backlinks.
- Knowledge of SEO Audits , including technical, content, and structural assessments of websites.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support organic reach and brand visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and basic reporting in Excel or Sheets).
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing, content, and development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SEO for SaaS, EdTech, or education-focused platforms is an added advantage.
