Role Description

Search Engine Optimization Analyst — Bengaluru, full-time, on-site | 2–5 years of experience

You will run keyword research, competitive analysis and technical SEO audits, optimize on-page elements, and work with CRO and content teams to improve search visibility and lead quality. You will also work hands-on with our AI agents — using them in daily execution, helping build and improve them, and applying them to grow client pipelines. Alongside this, you will own AI search visibility for your accounts across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, monitor performance in Google Search Console and analytics tools, prepare clear reports for stakeholders, and run data-driven tests.





Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house.
- Solid SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO (site structure, crawling, indexing).
- Hands-on with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Genuine interest in AI and agentic workflows — any exposure to AI SEO, AEO or GEO work is a strong plus, including self-directed experimentation.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with B2B funnels, lead-gen metrics and CRO concepts for enterprise sites.
- Comfortable working across content, design, development and marketing teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive about testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Agency or B2B SaaS experience a plus; exposure to cybersecurity, remote access, cloud communications or VOIP is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate — this role works from the office.
