Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SDE 2 – Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing both backend and frontend systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. This role involves collaborating with product and design teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of seamless travel technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Backend Development:

- Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js with Express.js or Nest.js.
- Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL and MongoDB for performance and data integrity.
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to support large-scale user interactions.
- Implement authentication, authorization (OAuth, JWT), and data protection mechanisms.
- Optimize backend performance, ensuring minimal downtime and latency.
- Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for high availability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

Frontend Development:

- Develop and maintain dynamic UIs using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Lead feature development, ensuring scalability and clean architecture.
- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services and handle asynchronous data flow.
- Optimize frontend performance for high-traffic environments.
- Implement and manage state using Redux or Context API.
- Enhance development workflows with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:

- Experience:



3-5 years in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on both backend and frontend.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js/Nest.js.
- Database Management: Experience with MySQL, MongoDB (query optimization, schema design).
- API Development: Proven experience in building and scaling RESTful APIs.
- Security: Deep understanding of OAuth, JWT, encryption best practices.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript with knowledge of component architecture, hooks, and performance optimizations.
- State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API or similar tools.
- Testing & Debugging: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
- Version Control: Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code review processes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and ability to write maintainable, high-quality code.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microservices Architecture: Experience designing and implementing microservices.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure for deployment and scaling.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI or similar.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Caching & Queuing: Knowledge of Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ.
- GraphQL: Experience working with GraphQL APIs in React.
- Performance Optimization: Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring, lazy loading, and code splitting.
- UI Libraries: Experience with Material UI, Ant Design.
- Animations: Experience with CSS animations, Framer Motion
