Role & responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for a US client.
Resolve customer queries with a focus on first-call resolution.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing productive and timely support.
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
Minimum 6 months of experience required into International BPO.
Should have excellent communication skills.
