Requirements
Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A law degree or specialization in immigration law is a plus.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. immigration processes, with a focus on employment-based immigration.
Experience managing visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, and green card processes.
Experience working with government agencies like USCIS and the Department of Labor.
Skills :
Solid understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly to employees and stakeholders.
Proficiency with immigration tracking systems and software.
Certifications : Immigration law certification or related credentials (optional, but beneficial).
