Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC and HMC machines for trial and production runs.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and parameters to optimize machining processes.
Develop, calibrate, and optimize CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers using G-code and M-code.
Conduct first-off part validations and prove-outs to ensure quality and precision.
Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain work area and machinery to comply with safety and quality standards.
