Lead and supervise a team to meet operational goals
Develop and implement strategies to improve processes

80% Inbound 20% Outbound (cross & upselling).
Education : HSC /Grad
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a TL on paper
Process : Experience in Telecom Voice Process is mandatory (International)
Background : BPO Experience
Shift Window : 24 x 7 processing days
Week offs : Any 2 days in a week
