Key Responsibilities

Cutover Planning
Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordination:
Collaborate with various teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure all aspects of the cutover are covered.

Data Migration & System Configuration:
Oversee the migration of data and configuration of recent systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Communication & Reporting:
Provide explicit and timely communications to all stakeholders throughout the cutover process, including status updates and issue resolution.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during cutover, including backout plans and contingency measures.





Project Management:
Manage the cutover project within budget and on schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Robust project management skills and experience.
Experience with data migration and system configuration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with software implementation and deployment processes.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
