The job as an Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) in Rocksport, is a stepping stone to an exciting career as
adventure learning advisor and outdoor instructor.
The job is a multitasking assignment, where candidates are required to visit schools and meet principals / management to promote adventure based learning programs.
The candidate also works as an instructor in these programs organized in city and at
outstation camp sites.
Looking for agile individuals with positive communication skills, a go-getter attitude and love for adventure travel. Eligible candidates will be responsible for:
Achieve individual sales target by following Rocksport Sales Process
Assist in updating and maintaining the school list of assigned territory




Design proposals as per client requirements
Participate and manage in public relation events and activities
Work as group instructor in camps and programs
Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
Maintain and update different types of records and files.
Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time

Qualifications
Graduate (from any Stream) with valuable communication skills
Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
Background of sports or other extracurricular activities
