Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for SAS Viya & SAP BusinessObjects Professionals. In this position, team members will design, develop, and maintain SAS Viya and SAP BusinessObjects solutions to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making for clients. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, building data models, creating dashboards and reports, optimizing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

The role involves working closely with business and consulting teams to translate business processes into analytical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing performance improvements. Professionals will also contribute to documentation, best practices,



and continuous enhancement of analytics frameworks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding and Consulting capabilities to translate client needs into effective analytical and reporting solutions.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and experience working with Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with SAP FICO or related SAP modules, including integration with analytics and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with SAS Viya and SAP BusinessObjects, including report development, dashboard creation, performance tuning, and user support.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and basic scripting or programming skills for automation and data transformation is beneficial.
- Experience in analytics consulting or in a similar role within BFSI, retail, healthcare, or other major industries is an advantage.
