About the Role

Accel4 Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for SAP S/4HANA Practice Leads to own functional delivery, customer engagement, and capability development across the following practices:

- Purchasing & Manufacturing: MM + PP
- Sales & Distribution & Logistics: SD + LE
- Finance: FI + CO

What You will Do

- Own functional workstreams and independently handle customer discussions, requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, and delivery.
- Act as the SME and go-to person for the respective practice.
- Guide junior consultants on functional solutions, quality, and best practices.
- Review deliverables and ensure solutions are aligned with S/4HANA standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposals when required.
- Contribute to building and strengthening the practice through knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and mentoring.

What we are looking for





- 5–10 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in the relevant functional area.
- Strong functional expertise with the ability to work independently without extensive supervision.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and conducting workshops.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes relevant to the practice.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Practice Areas

MM + PP: Procurement, inventory, materials management, production planning and execution.

SD + LE: Order-to-cash, sales, shipping, delivery, transportation and logistics processes.

FI + CO: Financial accounting, controlling, reporting, period-end processes and integration with other business functions.
