Key Responsibilities

SAP HCM Solution Support & Development

- Design, build, configure, and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration solutions.
- Manage employee master data and personnel administration processes.
- Configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements.
- Support ongoing enhancements and process improvements.

Functional & Technical Consulting

- Act as the SME for SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.

Team Leadership

- Support and guide team members.
- Contribute to key project decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts.

Integration & Support

- Support SAP HCM integrations with:

- Payroll

- Organizational Management

- Time Management

- SAP SuccessFactors
- Third-Party HR Systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Ensure data integrity and process compliance.

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
