Role Overview:

As an SAP HR ABAP Developer based in our Hyderabad office, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex technical solutions within the SAP HCM ecosystem. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate intricate HR requirements into efficient ABAP code. Your contributions will directly impact the stability and performance of our clients' HR systems, ensuring seamless payroll processing, time management, and organizational management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize SAP HCM modules using ABAP to meet specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
- Design and implement complex interfaces and reports using BAPI and BADI to ensure seamless data integration across SAP modules.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP HR environment to minimize system downtime and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with functional teams to perform technical impact analysis and provide estimates for new enhancements or change requests.
- Optimize existing code and database queries to improve the performance of HR-related applications and batch processes.
- Document technical specifications and maintain code repositories to ensure long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ABAP development with a deep understanding of the SAP HCM module architecture.
- Proven ability to utilize BAPI and BADI for extending standard SAP functionality and building custom HR solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site workplace in Hyderabad, maintaining high standards of productivity and team synergy.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 3 - 8 years of professional experience in SAP development.
