This functional leadership hands-on position sits inside the Global SAP Center of Excellence is responsible for managing the health of our Global SAP S4Hana & ECC ERP systems, across all business process domains (SD, FICO, P2P and P2M). This role will ensure that all projects and system support areas are implemented and maintained to quality by adopting best practice configuration and technology. This role will be involved with managing the GIC Functional SAP S4Hana and legacy ECC resources overseeing analysis and design, system configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases of SAP.

The successful candidate will work closely with SAP technical analysts and functional consultants to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that support the ongoing Global IT and business strategy. The expectation is that the role is hands on and has experience across at least 3 of the functional SAP domains - SD, FICO, P2P, P2M.

Job/Skills Requirement:

- Provide day-to-day oversight and support for the Belden SAP S4Hana and ECC ERP application (including any add-on's) across our business process domain (SD, FICO, P2P, P2M), by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
- Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users providing satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.




- Assist Functional Team Managers by providing right SAP solutions (including any add-on) for various business requirements using standard SAP solutions and knowledge.
- Coordinate ABAP developments by preparing the functional specification documentation and testing results following our standards.
- Support change and release management processes for SAP application (including any add-on).
- Support test processes and user training for SAP business process areas.
- Support service level management processes, based on our SLA with the business
- Ensure effective working relations within and between other SAP teams.
- Possess valuable problem solving, resolution, and high level of analytical skills
- To demonstrate high level of communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical related field
- Successful track record in supporting at least 3 SAP business processes (SD, FICO, P2P, P2M)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP functional solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting SAP business processes on ECC 6.0 & at least 2 years experience with S4Hana
- At least 3 years in a leadership / management capacity
- Familiarity with SAP technologies - ABAP, BADI, IDOC, RFC, ALE, BAPI, and SAP Add-on's is a plus
- Be customer focused, seeking constantly to understand from the customer's point of view, the problems being faced and the solutions that may work best
- Experience implementing, designing, and enforcing project management methodology and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersxonal skills
- Business level English required
