Job Descrip on:  Key Skills: Salesforce, ETL, Data Migration  Mandatory Skills: Gearset, Copado, or SFDX/SF CLI  Define and implement enterprise data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.  Lead the design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.  Architect data migration strategies for large-scale programs, including planning, mapping, validation, and execution. Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows.  Develop strategies to handle large data volumes, including partitioning,



indexing, optimization, and performance tuning. Establish governance processes for metadata management and reference data management.  Define and enforce data integration patterns, including batch, real-time, event-driven, and API-based data flows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.  Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.  Provide technical oversight duties.
